Trustee Vacancy (Chair, with Senior Management Experience)
A fantastic opportunity to be a Trustee at KD Culture during an exciting time of growth.
We are a charity with ambition. To achieve this we need to grow our income, attract and retain strong people and grow our presence.
We work in partnership with Keneish Dance to create invigorating interdisciplinary Contemporary Dance for everybody to experience. We make work for entertainment, creative health and Black UK Culture.
We deliver high quality work across art forms for different sectors. Interested in how nature intersects with society. And are fuelled by truth, the human condition and liberation. Diversity, inclusivity and equality isn’t just whom we are, it’s what we do.
You will use your skills and experience in senior management gained from other sectors or roles, along with energy and enthusiasm, to guide the charity through exciting times. You will secure the governance of the organisation, contribute to our strategic future and act as an ambassador for all aspects of our work.
We are looking for people to join our volunteer Board of Trustees to help lead the way. Particularly interested in hearing from people with either a Financial background or leadership within the Health or Social Care sector.
We offer a tailored induction, the opportunity to learn new skills and the satisfaction that you are helping people in your local community when they need it most.
If you would like to apply please contact Keisha Grant, emailing [email protected] with your CV along with what you can bring to the charity as a Trustee.
